Simple – we all need rest. It is great to be active but it needs to be balanced with enough sleep and downtime!
Your muscles build and repair when you’re sleeping so time away from the gym is just as important as time in the gym. If you overtrain you can hinder your results so the key word is balance.
As part of your training with me we’ll incorporate rest days. We’ll look at your schedule and together work out the best way to incorporate training and rest along with the other building blocks.
