
My name is Shane McGeorge and I can help you achieve your fitness goals.
Originally from New Zealand I’ve been doing sport and fitness all my life, training in gyms for 17 years and working as a REPS level 3 Personal Trainer in London for the past 12 years, REPS being the UK governing body for the fitness industry. I also continue to gain further qualifications to keep me up to date with the latest developments in training techniques.
My experience as a trainer has given me even more insight and practical knowledge and one thing I have learnt is everyone is unique. With this in my mind I tailor my training sessions to the individual with a measurable longer term goal in mind.
