I started working with Shane online during lockdown, and in that weird time of isolation, our sessions quickly became a highlight of my week!
For 18 months now I have had a weekly session in person.
Shane is particularly thoughtful and meticulous in working out what might be your blocks and obstacles and years of bad habits (with me that included completely unused muscles and bad posture) and in designing stretches and exercises to overcome them. I started off as someone who was “fairly fit” (doing a bit of cycling, yoga and walking) but I’ve now gone way beyond that. Shane has helped me improve my upper body strength, general flexibility and balance and the sessions I have with him are the perfect all-round addition to the rest of my exercise regime.
As a 63 year old woman, I now feel strong and resilient, my body shape has changed for the better and my friends tell me I look fit and trim.
