
Aerobic exercise is any exercise performed at a low to moderate pace. For example a light jog or moderate run. Aerobic fitness is the ability to get enough oxygen in the body for the task at hand.
By incorporating some aerobic fitness into your weekly routine you increase your stamina and endurance which means everyday tasks like walking or gardening become easier.
First of all we would assess your current fitness levels and find the appropriate exercises to suit. We will have clear goals and measure your progress to keep you motivated! We don’t have to work to the point of exhaustion either. You’ll be working to your own abilities and progressing at a pace that is right for you!
